Blues Brothers – 30th Anniversary Tour – for 1 night and 1 night only
In 1990, a group of local musicians formed for Carnival and presented Saffron Walden with its very own Blues Brothers rhythm and blues review band. This fixture became synonymous with Carnival on a Thursday night and this year will see the band reunite to celebrate 30 years together at the 8 Day Weekend on Thursday 16th July 2020
Legends is not often a phrase we bestow to many but the Saffron Walden Round Table owe a great deal of gratitude to every member of the group who have given their time over and over again to provide what is still today one of the most asked about nights at 8 Day Weekend
This is an opportunity not to be missed as they return to the stage on their original Thursday night slot. Come and experience what can only be described as an incredible powerhouse band and see Saffron Walden’s very
own play a mammoth set of hits including ‘Jailhouse Rock’ to ‘Minnie the Moocher’, ‘Sweet Home Chicago’ to ‘Everybody Needs Somebody to Love’.
