Since the Saffron Walden Round Table Carnival was first established in 1958, there has been a Carnival Programme.
This time round and in honour of our great friend and previous Carnival Chairman Graham Harding the Carnival Programme returns.
The programme will be distributed by the Walden Local to approximately 16,000 homes and we will also be delivering more as far and wide as we can. We are also looking at having the programme available online for the first time ever on our website.
