Gary Mullen & The Works

On the 8th November in 1975, Queen’s mega-hit ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ began it’s 9 weeks atop the UK chart. The song which comes in at 5 minutes and 55 seconds, was very long for it’s time for radio consumption and despite the record company pleading with the group to cut the single down, Freddie Mercury refused. It got a big bump when Mercury played it on friend Kenny Everett’s Capital Radio broadcast before it’s release which helped the single jump to number one.

Gary Mullen & The Works return to the 8 Day Weekend, Saturday July 11th 2020 with their ‘One Night Of Queen’ headline show!
